This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Act as the primary coordinator for intricate enterprise opportunities, overseeing everything from pricing to contract execution and customer transition.
• Collaborate closely with Sales, Legal, Finance, and Customer Success teams to enhance operational efficiency and execution quality throughout the customer lifecycle.
• Organize and evaluate commercial terms to ensure pricing integrity, scalability, and operational viability.
• Manage and refine essential business workflows, encompassing approvals, contracting, pricing governance, exception management, and operational readiness.
• Identify obstacles, process deficiencies, and scaling risks within go-to-market operations while driving effective solutions.
• Assist with operational initiatives related to customer onboarding, renewals, partner workflows, and cross-functional execution.
• Design and implement AI-driven workflows and systems that minimize manual effort and shorten cycle times.
• Create and deploy agentic solutions (AI agents, copilots, orchestration layers) to facilitate operational decision-making and workflow execution.
• Leverage AI to enhance business processes such as pricing analysis, workflow routing, contract generation, knowledge retrieval, and operational monitoring.
• Continuously advance processes toward adaptive, self-improving systems instead of static workflows.
• Collaborate across functions to integrate automation into primary business operations.
• Serve as a force multiplier by enhancing organizational leverage without increasing process overhead linearly.
• Support significant operational and strategic initiatives throughout the organization as company needs evolve.
• Contribute to cross-functional initiatives concerning:
• Pricing and monetization strategies
• Customer contracting and commercial operations
• Operational readiness for new products or workflows
• Partner and vendor operational processes
• Customer onboarding and lifecycle optimization
• Internal knowledge management and workflow standardization
• KPI definition and operational reporting
• AI enablement across business functions
• Assist leadership in identifying opportunities to streamline operations, enhance scalability, and boost organizational effectiveness.
• Participate in special projects that intersect strategy, operations, and execution.

• Familiarity with enterprise customer environments, commercial operations, contracting, or complex transaction structures (direct or indirect).
• Knowledge of business data structures, such as CRM data.
• Experience in building, redesigning, or enhancing business processes in ambiguous environments, especially in companies scaling from approximately $25M to $100M ARR. Systems integration experience is advantageous.
• Familiarity with AI tools, automation, or system design thinking (hands-on experience and/or familiarity with Python is a plus; a strong learning mindset is crucial).
