This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Acquire an in-depth understanding of the facilities management and field service ecosystem, particularly within the service provider segment.
• Regularly evaluate the competitive landscape, customer requirements, and shortcomings in JLL's current CorrigoPro offering to pinpoint and prioritize new revenue opportunities.
• Assess the impact of AI and emerging technologies in creating value for service providers and driving additional revenue for CorrigoPro.
• Formulate a partnership marketplace strategy that allows service providers to effortlessly connect with CorrigoPro via pre-built, certified connectors.
• Identify methods to optimize revenue from existing programs, focusing initially on Corrigo Procure.
• Convert recognized opportunities into detailed business cases with well-defined ROI, market sizing, and financial forecasts.
• Present and advocate for strategies to senior and executive stakeholders, ensuring alignment and securing funding approvals.
• Establish and nurture strong cross-functional relationships with Product, Sales, Finance, Marketing, and the CorrigoPro Business Operations team.
• Oversee the complete execution of approved strategies — from concept to launch — while maintaining accountability for timelines, milestones, and financial goals.
• Support and guide Product Management teams in implementing necessary product changes or new capabilities to align with growth strategies.
• Create the business processes, operating models, and documentation required to manage programs in a consistent and scalable manner.
• Transition established programs to suitable operational teams (e.g., CorrigoPro Business Operations, Sales), ensuring quality and continuity while shifting focus to the next growth initiative.
• Engage directly with CorrigoPro service providers for discovery, validation, and feedback — ensuring strategies are founded on genuine customer insights.
• Act as an internal subject matter expert on the service provider segment, advocating for the voice of the customer in cross-functional discussions.
• Over 7 years of experience in revenue strategy, business development, product commercialization, or P&L ownership — preferably in a B2B SaaS, marketplace, or platform context.
• Proven history of not only developing strategies but also executing them from business case to a fully operational program. Candidates should be ready to discuss specific examples.
• Experience with or strong familiarity in the facilities management, field service management (FSM), or service provider ecosystem.
• Strong financial skills — capable of building business cases, modeling revenue scenarios, and effectively communicating with financial stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to influence without a formal reporting relationship — fostering cross-functional alignment and gaining executive support.
• Outstanding communication abilities; comfortable presenting to C-level and senior executive audiences.
• Highly self-motivated; able to function effectively as an individual contributor in a dynamic and ambiguous environment.
