This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Deliver remote and onsite consulting and implementation services to members regarding product use and optimal practices.
• Evaluate internal data to effectively prioritize opportunities and create actionable plans.
• Conduct research and data analysis on Member product usage to enhance value delivery for underutilized products or best practices.
• Create and provide software training to both internal and external stakeholders as required.
• Organize and present at relevant workshops and industry-related events as necessary.
• Develop tools to assess the needs of our Membership and their utilization of NISC’s solutions.
• Inspire and engage Members in the adoption of new product features and best practices.
• May be requested to document walkthrough training sessions and recordings with the internal Learning Center.
• The primary focus is generally on one or multiple products across various industries.
• Maintain a comprehensive understanding of product integrations.
• Undertake special projects with a moderate to high level of complexity independently as needed or upon request.
• May be called upon to participate in NISC’s Member Information Conference, Advisory Meetings, and other related events.
• Potentially mentor colleagues.
• Actively engage with internal departments and leadership concerning industry trends related to product roadmaps and directions.
• May offer strategic insights to both internal and external senior leadership regarding product utilization.
• Act as the onsite champion and change manager for Member product initiatives.
• Travel requirements are low to moderate.
• A minimum of 8 years of related experience is preferred.
• Familiarity with NISC Work Management Solutions and other components of the NISC Enterprise Suite is advantageous for this role, though not mandatory.
• Advanced knowledge of business-related software applications and services.
• Advanced understanding of the Utility industries.
• Advanced familiarity with the Communications Industry.
• Advanced knowledge of Project Management methodologies and principles.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Advanced skills in presentation and training.
• Strong telephone/email etiquette and the ability to interact effectively with Members/Customers.
• Superior research and problem-solving abilities with keen attention to detail.
• Excellent organizational and prioritization skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
• Professional demeanor and behavior.
• Strong decision-making capabilities.
• Ability to set and manage expectations for internal and external Members/Customers.
• Willingness to travel as required to achieve the goals and objectives of the position.
• Advanced understanding of change management best practices.
• Demonstrated initiative and accountability.
