This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Take ownership of the complete member lifecycle from post-enrollment to renewal, ensuring that members consistently perceive and appreciate the value of Pavilion.
β’ Track and manage member health and engagement indicators, proactively pinpointing risks and opportunities throughout the member journey and crafting suitable interventions.
β’ Enhance retention and renewals through conversations focused on value.
β’ Serve as a trusted partner and advisor for members, linking them to pertinent peers, programs, and experiences.
β’ Gather and synthesize member feedback to act as an internal advocate for our members and guide enhancements in onboarding, programming, and overall lifecycle experience.
β’ Assist in creating scalable success practices and playbooks as Pavilion expands.
β’ Over 3 years of experience in Customer or Member Success, Account Management, or Renewals within a subscription-based business.
β’ Demonstrated success in managing renewals and retention outcomes.
β’ Excellent communication skills with a proven ability to engage with executive-level audiences.
β’ Capability to balance high-touch relationships with operational discipline across a significant portfolio of business.
β’ Highly organized and adept at working in a dynamic, startup environment where a definitive playbook may not always be available.
