Member Retention Counselor

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.

📋 Description

• Initiates outbound calls to retain potential and former members.

• Utilizes member lists and files sourced from various departments within the organization.

• Conducts investigations to gather member contact details, producing both physical and digital mailings.

• Applies customer service training and strong communication abilities to highlight the benefits of membership.

• Handles incoming inquiries from potential members, promoting memberships and supplementary products.

⛳️ Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED is mandatory.

• Experience in customer service, retail sales, and/or telemarketing is essential.

• Indirect leadership experience is required.
