School Counselor

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Strategize for postsecondary pathways

• Implement academic success strategies

• Manage emotional well-being and utilize interpersonal skills

• Emphasize readiness for college and careers

• Conduct quarterly meetings with all students on your caseload to evaluate their graduation plans

• Provide classroom instruction aligned with student success benchmarks

• Assess student data and create intervention action plans

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree

• A minimum of three (3) years of experience in counseling and/or advisement

• Valid School Counselor License

• Capability to pass the necessary background check

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, web-based search engines, and database management systems

• Availability for a flexible schedule
