📋 Description

• Act as an advocate for members regarding company policies and procedures

• Handle formal complaints submitted by members

• Assess reimbursements in line with established policies

• Keep precise records of workflow and member complaints

• Stay updated on new programs and changes in policies

• Must reside within the AAA Northeast service area (RI, MA, CT, NY, NJ)

• Access to high-speed internet meeting minimum speed criteria

• Bilingual abilities required for roles that necessitate them (English and target language)
