This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.
• Respond to the needs of our members to ensure they have an outstanding experience.
• Manage member interactions that result in successful outcomes and exceptional experiences.
• Carry out member transactions accurately while upholding confidentiality.
• Discover solutions and provide recommendations that enhance member relationships and strengthen ties with the credit union.
• Promote credit union products and services based on account evaluations while assisting members.
• Guide, educate, and engage members regarding our range of digital banking services.
• Maintain a high level of knowledge about Citadel’s consumer and business product offerings to effectively suggest suitable products and address any service issues.
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet overall contact center objectives and goals.
• Consistently meet or exceed member experience and production targets.
• Engage in ongoing education regarding industry trends and best practices.
• Comply with all requirements outlined in the SAFE Act, including but not limited to the successful completion of necessary background checks.
• High school diploma; a college degree is preferred.
• 1-2 years of retail experience; contact center experience is an advantage.
• Solid knowledge and understanding of contact center technologies and data analysis.
• Demonstrated history of providing exceptional service.
• Proven performance in meeting strong goals.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to perform well under pressure.
• Integrity, accountability, and resilience are essential.
• Fluent in English.
