Member of Technical Staff, Applied AI

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Assist in spearheading the development of GC AI's innovative AI platform

• Influence the evolution of artificial intelligence in the legal sector

• Act as the technical foundation for AI initiatives

• Collaborate closely with the CTO and the founding data engineer

• Design systems that advance the capabilities of LLMs within the legal field

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in software engineering, with a minimum of 2 years specializing in AI systems

• Extensive knowledge in LLM implementation and optimization

• Proven success in creating scalable production AI systems

• Experience with contemporary AI frameworks and tools

• Demonstrated capability to lead technical projects and mentor fellow engineers

• Solid understanding of TypeScript and modern software architecture

• Nice to Have: Experience with RAG systems and LLM assessment

• Nice to Have: Knowledge of the legal domain or legal text processing

• Nice to Have: History of technical publications or contributions to open-source projects

• Nice to Have: Experience with multi-agent AI systems
