Member Care Advisor, Spanish Bilingual

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Act as the initial point of contact for patient inquiries, providing a friendly and compassionate experience in every interaction.

• Accurately and efficiently process resupply orders, service requests, and support tickets.

• Assist with questions related to billing, payment processing, and insurance coverage inquiries.

• Resolve issues during the first contact when feasible; escalate more complex cases as necessary.

• Guide patients through Medicare workflows and insurance-related procedures.

• Keep comprehensive records in CRM and ticketing systems.

• Recognize cross-sell opportunities and direct qualified leads to the sales team.

• Represent the voice of the customer internally, advocating for patient requirements across product, billing, and operations.

• Contribute to FAQ and knowledge content to enhance the overall patient experience.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in customer support, preferably within a healthcare environment.

• Proficiency in Spanish (both spoken and written) is essential.

• A background in healthcare, DME, Medicare, or medical insurance is highly preferred.

• Understanding of the fundamentals of the US healthcare system, Medicare workflows, and insurance coverage regulations.

• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

• Experience in managing complex inquiries and resolving issues.

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

• Outstanding organizational and multitasking skills.

• Self-motivated individual capable of problem-solving and prioritizing in a dynamic environment.

• A genuine enthusiasm for helping individuals lead their best lives.

• Must reside within the United States.
