This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Management of client meetings and events projects
• Coordination of meeting logistics, discovery calls, and rehearsal sessions
• Support personnel scheduling
• Tracking and monitoring of meetings and team members
• Backend scheduling and support via the platform
• Training and oversight of meeting operators
• Collaborating with Client Managers and Account Executives for client handover coordination
• Partnering with the Client Management team to enhance and refine the client journey and onboarding experience
• BA/BS degree
• Background in live events or professional services
• Relevant experience in supporting customers and internal stakeholders
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to prioritize multiple projects
• Familiarity with Salesforce and knowledge of enterprise SaaS tools is advantageous
• Quick adaptability and learning of new tools (experience with Monday.com is a plus)
• Exceptional troubleshooting, problem-solving, project management, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• Preferred experience in SaaS and B2B environments
• Knowledge or experience working with simultaneous interpreters is a significant advantage
