Medspa Medical Director

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Approve all medical personnel hires.

• Authorize treatment menus, which include Botox, fillers, and lasers.

• Review and endorse protocols, SOPs, and consent forms.

• Be available for emergency situations.

• Provide general oversight in accordance with state regulations.

• Offer consultations and decision-making assistance.

• Conduct interviews and select injectors to collaborate with after thorough vetting.

• Establish partnership rates.

• Mentor and provide support to RNs, PAs, and NPs.

• Act as a California Professional Corporation owner while Moxie manages administrative tasks.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must live or have a primary office in California.

• Active California Medical License is mandatory.

• MD with a specialization in Plastic Surgery or Dermatology is preferred.

• Minimum of two available NP oversight slots is required.

• One available PA oversight slot is mandatory.

• Previous experience in aesthetic medicine as a collaborating physician or Medical Director.

• Formal training in injectables and other aesthetic procedures, including Botox and fillers.

• Willingness to oversee and supervise aesthetic treatments.

• Open to the role of California Professional Corporation (PC) Owner.

• Interest in mentoring and aiding RNs, PAs, and NPs.

• Background check will be conducted as part of the standard vetting process.

• At least one year of experience in aesthetics, particularly in overseeing a Medspa.

• Must possess an active California medical license.
