Medication Therapy Management Pharmacy Technician

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Engage with patients and healthcare providers to identify and address gaps in care, primarily through telephone outreach.

• Provide dedicated support to a designated client when necessary.

• Accurately document all interactions and outcomes within the call tracking system.

• Collect patient encounter information, including allergies, medication history, and existing medical conditions.

• Reach out to patients to verify medication lists and gather information essential for care support.

• Collaborate with healthcare providers and interdisciplinary teams to enhance medication management services.

• Assist pharmacists with remote pharmacy services along with related clinical and administrative responsibilities.

⛳️ Requirements

• National certification as a Pharmacy Technician is mandatory.

• Experience in Medication Therapy Management is advantageous.

• Familiarity with prescription data entry is preferred.

• Strong ability to communicate effectively via email and phone.

• Excellent interpersonal skills coupled with a professional communication approach.

• Experience with Google G-Suite is preferred.

• Availability from Monday to Friday between 9 AM and 8 PM EST.

• Must have home internet access through cable broadband or fiber optic service.

• Minimum internet speeds should be 10 Mbps for downloads and 5 Mbps for uploads.
