This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Answer phone calls and record detailed messages.
• Interact with patients and healthcare providers.
• Organize and oversee appointment scheduling.
• Translate documents and provide language interpretation as needed.
• Assist with medical billing and verify insurance information.
• Maintain patient records, ensuring they are accurate and confidential.
• Offer general administrative support to the medical team.
• Experience in Client Success or client-facing roles.
• Familiarity with Simple Practice software.
• Background in customer service.
• Prior experience as a medical virtual assistant or in a similar position.
• Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English, with exceptional verbal and written communication in both languages.
• Proficiency in electronic medical record (EMR) systems.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy for proper record-keeping and documentation.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently.
• Outstanding customer service skills and capability to maintain professional relationships with patients and healthcare professionals.
