Medical Training and Education Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +4 more states.

📋 Description

• Develop and oversee educational programs for surgeons, fellows, residents, and clinical personnel.

• Create structured training pathways that encompass fundamental, advanced, and expert-level education.

• Design training curricula, course outlines, learning objectives, clinical technique guides, e-learning modules, certification programs, and assessments.

• Collaborate with sales and commercial teams to ensure that educational programs are aligned with system trials, launches, and customer interactions.

• Create and deliver clinical and product training for sales reps, clinical specialists, service engineers, and other internal stakeholders.

• Ensure that field teams can effectively relay clinical indications, workflows, data, and competitive positioning.

• Establish competency frameworks and certification standards for internal teams.

• Convert feedback from surgeons and clinical staff into training, documentation, and product enhancement recommendations.

• Assist in the creation of educational content, presentations, manuals, procedural guides, and training support materials.

• Support global training initiatives and coordinate with international stakeholders.

• Aid in training activities related to clinical evaluations and ensure consistency of training standards across global initiatives.

• Collaborate cross-functionally with clinical, technical services, sales, marketing, product, and leadership teams.

• Engage in risk analysis, usability evaluations, design validation activities, and compliance-related educational initiatives.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree is required; a background in clinical, healthcare, or education is preferred.

• Experience in medical device training, clinical education, surgical robotics, navigation, enabling technologies, or clinical evaluations is preferred.

• Strong skills in presentation, communication, and organization.

• Experience in developing training materials, educational programs, or competency initiatives.

• Ability to collaborate cross-functionally in a fast-paced growth environment.

• Willingness to travel frequently, both domestically and internationally, for training, education, and clinical support initiatives.

• Must reside near a major airport to meet travel requirements.
