Medical Support Executive, Marathi

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Engaging with users through the WhatsApp-based Remote Engagement Service (RES)

• Addressing inquiries via this platform and placing calls to families as necessary

• Overseeing technology platforms associated with the Remote Engagement Service, such as Copilot and RapidPro

• Converting questions from regional languages into English for the medical team

• Recording conversations in accordance with established protocols

• Maintaining up-to-date Remote Engagement Service reports on the drive

• Carrying out surveys as required

⛳️ Requirements

• Recent graduates with a BSC in nursing are encouraged to apply

• Proficiency in speaking, reading, and writing Punjabi is essential

• Knowledge of Hindi will be considered an advantage

• Must be comfortable using Android devices, laptops, web browsers, Gmail, and other widely used online platforms
