Medical Support Executive

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• You will be engaged in our WhatsApp-based Remote Engagement Service (RES).

• Address inquiries from patients and their families based on the training provided by our team.

• Translate questions from regional languages (Punjabi, Hindi) into English.

• Record conversations in accordance with established protocols.

• Maintain up-to-date Remote Engagement Service reports on the drive.

• Reach out to families, communicating in one of the regional languages (Punjabi/Hindi).

• Administer surveys as required.

• Participate in any additional activities related to the RES.

⛳️ Requirements

• Recent graduates from a BSc nursing background are encouraged to apply.

• (1-2 years of clinical experience is a plus.)

• Must be fluent in speaking, reading, and writing in one of these languages (Punjabi).

• Proficiency in the Hindi language is preferred.

• Should be comfortable using Android phones, laptops, web browsers, Gmail, and other popular online platforms.
