📋 Description

• Engaging in non-promotional scientific exchanges with medical professionals.

• Cultivating long-term scientific partnerships with hospitals, centers, and networks.

• Analyzing the regional treatment landscape to identify scientific inquiries and medical needs.

• Setting priorities for territory planning.

• Collecting, scientifically assessing, and systematically conveying Medical and Field Insights to guide medical strategy.

• Assisting in the launch of innovative treatment solutions from a medical-scientific viewpoint.

• Initiating and overseeing medical-scientific projects.

• Supporting studies, research initiatives, and collaboration with selected centers.

• Organizing medical education activities, scientific presentations, advisory boards, and other formats for scientific exchange.

• Representing AbbVie at medical congresses.

• Collaborating closely with Medical colleagues and relevant in-field functions.

• Upholding medical independence and adhering to all applicable regulations.

⛳️ Requirements

• A completed university degree in medicine or a natural science.

• A PhD is preferred.

• Ideally, prior professional experience in the pharmaceutical industry or in Medical Affairs as a Medical Science Liaison.

• Preferred scientific expertise in oncology, hemato-oncology, or solid tumors.

• Ability to critically assess complex clinical data and communicate findings clearly.

• Experience in executing scientific projects.

• Proficient communication skills in clinical, scientific, and cross-functional settings.

• Fluent in both German and English.

• Willingness to travel.
