This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kentucky, +3 more states.
β’ Drive impact by enhancing clinical practice within the designated territory, resulting in better patient outcomes.
β’ Develop and nurture professional relationships while engaging with healthcare professionals (HCPs).
β’ Participate in discussions regarding emerging data, clinical trial initiatives, and insights into market dynamics with customers.
β’ Work collaboratively with internal teams within the designated therapeutic area and territory to promote clinical practice, ensuring a focus on customer needs.
β’ Maintain comprehensive knowledge of the assigned therapeutic area and Novartis products.
β’ Oversee the identification, mapping, and strategic planning of Medical Engagements (MEs) within the territory.
β’ A graduate degree in science or healthcare is required; a doctoral degree (MD, PhD, or PharmD) is preferred.
β’ 0-3 years of experience in a Field Medical role within the pharmaceutical sector or as a Medical Science Liaison (MSL) is required, OR 3-5 years of relevant experience in medical affairs, clinical research, or a similar scientific or clinical environment is preferred.
β’ A solid understanding of clinical knowledge, including pharmacotherapy, treatment guidelines, clinical research methodologies, strategies for engaging medical experts, and familiarity with FDA promotional guidelines, regulations, and ethical standards applicable to the pharmaceutical industry is essential.
