This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Michigan.
• Arrange and verify patient appointments promptly
• Oversee and refresh patient records and information
• Engage effectively with patients and healthcare professionals
• Address inquiries related to scheduling
• Ensure adherence to clinic policies and procedures
• Provide assistance with administrative tasks as required
• Maintain a courteous and professional attitude
• Resolve scheduling conflicts and challenges swiftly
• Associate degree or relevant experience
• Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in utilizing scheduling software and electronic health records
• Ability to juggle multiple tasks and work independently
• Knowledge of medical terminology is advantageous
• Experience in customer service within a healthcare setting is preferred
