Medical Sales Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Saudi Arabia.

📋 Description

• Engage with both existing and prospective clients in the Private and Government sectors.

• Execute all tele sales functions, including but not limited to setting appointments for Field Sales activities within the designated territory.

• Promote the "quality" of our products by identifying needs, showcasing product superiority, recognizing the right moments to close sales, managing orders, and ensuring optimal product usage.

• Collaborate with Field Sales colleagues to pinpoint key contacts in our database who own our premium products.

• Serve as the initial point of contact for commercial inquiries via email and phone.

• Work in close coordination with Sales Management on tender and contract opportunities to ensure our products align with customer requirements while fulfilling regional targets.

• Oversee the professional training of healthcare professionals to enhance their knowledge of our products and best practices in the relevant sector.

• Follow up with customers post-training to evaluate the effectiveness of the conducted activities and their impact on sales growth.

• Maximize efficiency by analyzing the conditions of each hospital based on individual circumstances. Always identify decision-makers or influencers, continuously seek out new customers, plan work schedules, and set daily appointments in advance to optimize time management. Compile all reports and provide any relevant information.

• Carry out additional related tasks as assigned.

• Achieve the quarterly and annual sales targets within the assigned region.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in medical sales.

• Proven experience with **NUPCO**, possessing a strong understanding of their workflows, processes, and dynamics.

• Preferred experience in infection prevention.

• Ability to read and interpret business data.
