This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Promote and market our DiGA (digital health application) "Kaia Back Pain" to healthcare professionals within a specified region.
• Engage in daily travel to perform face-to-face meetings with healthcare providers, primarily targeting general practitioners, orthopedists, neurologists, and pain specialists.
• Showcase our digital therapy and demonstrate the product to both pre-qualified and unqualified healthcare leads.
• Collect insights on the drivers and obstacles to the adoption of Kaia's products.
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Provide support for engagement at congresses and conferences.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation within our CRM system.
• Work closely with our marketing, business development, medical device, and operations teams.
• Qualification or training as a pharmaceutical sales representative.
• A minimum of 2 years of sales experience in the pharmaceutical field or a related industry.
• Demonstrated success in meeting or surpassing sales targets.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Resilience in the face of rejection, with the ability to persist in conversations or efforts to persuade.
• Capability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the designated territory.
• Basic technical skills along with the ability to learn and articulate the advantages of a digital therapy.
• Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking systems.
• Pre-existing network of potential target prescribers in the area (advantageous).
• Understanding of therapeutic methods for back pain (advantageous).
• Degree in business or a related discipline (advantageous).
