This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Promoting and selling our DiGA "Kaia Rückenschmerzen" to healthcare professionals within a designated area.
• Engaging in daily travel for face-to-face visits with healthcare professionals.
• Demonstrating our digital therapy and showcasing the product effectively.
• Collecting insights on the factors influencing the adoption of Kaia's products.
• Organizing visits to healthcare professionals to meet sales objectives.
• Identifying and targeting new healthcare professional prospects in the region.
• Assisting in engagement efforts at congresses and conferences.
• Keeping a strong grasp of industry trends, product information, and competitor activities.
• Working collaboratively with cross-functional teams to guarantee customer satisfaction.
• Ensuring detailed documentation within our CRM system.
• Qualification or training as a pharmaceutical sales representative.
• At least 2 years of sales experience in the pharmaceutical field or a related industry.
• A demonstrated history of meeting or surpassing sales goals.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Resilience — able to handle rejection and continue engaging in discussion or persuasion.
• Capacity to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
• A valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
• Basic technological understanding and the capability to learn and communicate the advantages of a digital therapy.
• Experience with CRM software and sales tracking tools.
