• Identify and cultivate new patient sales opportunities through following up on inbound leads.
• Ensure a 24-hour response time for contacting all new inbound inquiries.
• Create a weekly calling strategy that includes designated time slots for reaching out to pending and new leads.
• Ensure accurate and comprehensive patient information is recorded in the CRM system.
• Manage high-volume outgoing communications, with all details documented in the CRM.
• Implement patient communication campaigns and maintain a follow-up schedule until every lead is contacted.
• Facilitate communication between patients and the relevant Defy department to support the intake process as needed.
• Adhere to established sales operating procedures and best practices.
• Achieve all performance targets and consistently surpass sales objectives.
• Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
• Prior experience in inbound sales or similar sales roles is preferred.
• Strong proficiency in both written and verbal communication.
• A genuine interest in therapies related to wellness, quality of life, and hormone treatments.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English.
• Minimum of 2 years of phone sales experience (Required).
• At least 1 year of medical sales experience (Required).
• 1 year of experience in HRT / TRT is preferred.
