This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Meet sales targets by acquiring new clients and selling to existing ones.
• Effectively leverage extensive product knowledge to guide customer decisions and achieve sales objectives.
• Engage in continuous education and development regarding product knowledge, competitive landscape, and health trends.
• Utilize the Integrative Sales Methodology to shape customer preferences to meet both leading and lagging performance metrics.
• Create and execute a territory management strategy that leads to quota fulfillment.
• Record key performance activities, sales efforts, and adherence to marketing and company directives.
• Work both independently and collaboratively within the territory and as part of the Integrative Sales and Marketing teams.
• Additional responsibilities as assigned.
• Consistently meet and surpass monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals.
• Maintain acceptable performance standards in service and key activities.
• Regularly utilize available resources to achieve desired outcomes.
• Optimize financial contributions from customer relationships by adhering to company pricing, promotional, and inventory policies.
• Enhance efficiencies, maximize EBIT, and meet individual customer needs through the use of distributor partners when appropriate.
• Consistently uphold behavioral competencies in accordance with the Schwabe Employee Handbook.
• Foster positive collaboration within the Integrative and Schwabe North America teams.
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
• Comply with all regulatory and governmental guidelines.
• Demonstrate corporate ethics and compliance in interactions with all stakeholders.
• Proven ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively.
• Strong interpersonal communication skills, high emotional intelligence, and adaptability in social interactions.
• Ability to connect with Complementary and Alternative Medicine (CAM) healthcare practitioners.
• Familiarity with nutritional medicine.
• Proven ability to persuade customers through product knowledge and effective selling techniques.
• Competence in managing an inside/phone-based sales territory.
• Strong oral and written communication abilities.
• Effective analytical capabilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications, Business Objects, Sales and Customer Care CRM Applications, IP Phone Systems, and Web Presentation Software.
• Willingness to travel and be away from the home city for up to 7 days periodically is essential.
• Bachelor’s degree required; a Master’s degree or equivalent is preferred, along with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
• A solid history of successful sales experience in medical-related products is highly preferred.
