Medical Program Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.

📋 Description

• Engage in the development and lead the execution of medical pre-launch and launch initiatives for an Immunology asset.

• Uphold the highest standards of scientific integrity and ethics.

• Implement global medical strategies and tactical plans for pre-launch and launch phases.

• Oversee the engagement of global key opinion leaders.

• Contribute insights to clinical development activities.

• Create internal and external medical/scientific communication and educational materials.

• Design and develop training materials for both external and internal purposes.

• Offer scientific insights for both external and internal scientific publications.

• Assist in cross-functional projects.

• Provide scientific input for materials created by cross-functional teams.

• Cultivate and strengthen relationships with key external stakeholders.

• Contribute to cross-functional teams at headquarters, local affiliate offices, and collaborative partners.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 8 years of relevant experience in the pharmaceutical or biotech sectors, particularly in Medical Affairs.

• Experience with global or regional launches is preferred.

• Proven track record of engaging effectively with key external stakeholders.

• Demonstrated ability to develop and implement strategic and tactical medical plans.

• Proficient in accurately evaluating and analyzing medical and scientific literature.

• Strong presentation and communication capabilities.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

• High level of intercultural competence.

• Substantial knowledge in Immunology.

• Ability to foster productive relationships with key external stakeholders.

• Capable of working effectively with cross-functional headquarters teams, local affiliate offices, and collaborative partners.

• Familiarity with applicable regulations and guidelines governing medical activities.
