This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Lithuania.

• Conduct live product demonstrations for potential clients and assist with global commercial initiatives.

• Create and customize workflows and templates tailored for various markets and large-scale clients.

• Collaborate with product, engineering, and commercial teams to ensure smooth implementations and effective workflow integration.

• Represent Tandem at global conferences, workshops, and client events.

• Assist clinicians with onboarding, training, and ongoing support.

• Diagnose and resolve issues to ensure clinicians derive optimal value from Tandem.

• Develop templates and prompts, contributing to the continual advancement of Tandem’s AI assistant.

• Oversee clinical safety incidents and enhance internal processes for safe scaling.

• Clinical background in healthcare settings (e.g., general practice, hospitals, private practices).

• Experience in consulting, corporate, or startup environments.

• A strong interest in technology, AI, and their potential to revolutionize healthcare.

• Excellent communication skills — comfortable engaging with executives, engineers, and frontline clinicians alike.

• Strong organizational skills and a process-oriented approach.

• Demonstrated ownership, curiosity, and initiative in a dynamic environment.

• Willingness to travel up to 25% and respond in critical situations.

• Proficiency in Lithuanian is required.
