• Oversee the deployment of Tandem’s solutions and serve as a reliable expert for users.

• Gain a thorough understanding of users' clinical settings and customize Tandem to meet their specific needs.

• Offer specialized user support, swiftly address issues, and identify opportunities for product improvements.

• Work collaboratively with a top-tier product and engineering team to influence the development of Tandem’s offerings.

• Represent Tandem at various conferences, events, and workshops, articulating our vision to clinicians and stakeholders.

⛳️ Requirements

• Background in clinical work within healthcare or customer-facing roles in social care.

• Familiarity with consulting, scale-up/start-up, or entrepreneurial settings.

• A genuine enthusiasm for technology and artificial intelligence.

• Flexibility and an entrepreneurial mindset.

• Quick-witted, optimistic, and possessing outstanding interpersonal skills.

• Native-level fluency in Finnish and strong communication skills in English.
