Medical Imaging Field Engineer – MR

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio.

📋 Description

• You will be responsible for servicing Imaging Equipment within the Dayton, OH region.

• The Customer Service Engineer Level may be adjusted based on previous experience.

• This position entails a field-based, customer-facing role focused on the installation, servicing, maintenance, and modification of Siemens’ imaging equipment at client locations.

• Initially, you will support the MR modality, with opportunities for cross-training into other modalities in the future.

• You must be adaptable and willing to work varying shifts and On-Call rotations as required by business needs, including the possibility of overtime.

• You will report directly to the Regional Service Manager at Siemens Medical Solutions.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of a Technical Degree or equivalent experience is required.

• A solid background in electronics and proficient computer skills are essential.

• Ideally, you should have 1-2 years of field service experience.

• Capability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment is necessary.

• Exceptional customer service and communication skills are required.

• A valid driver's license, the ability to drive independently both day and night, and a good driving record are mandatory.
