Medical Imaging Field Engineer – CT/MR

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Providing service for MR and CT equipment in the Jacksonville, FL region.

• Installing, troubleshooting, repairing, and conducting preventative maintenance on all Siemens Healthineers equipment.

• Ensuring prompt and efficient repairs along with adequate operator training to achieve optimal system performance, leading to exceptional customer satisfaction.

• Overseeing financial performance within your territory through effective inventory management, time management, and timely resolution of service calls.

• Managing company resources, including a company vehicle, mobile phone, computer, tools, and inventory parts.

• Building and sustaining appropriate business relationships with customers and colleagues, while accurately completing necessary administrative tasks.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of a high school diploma.

• A technical degree, military training, or equivalent relevant training is preferred.

• Proficiency in the use of tools and service testing equipment (DMM, Oscilloscope, torque wrenches, etc.) is required.

• At least 3 years of experience in complex electro-mechanical work, or as a medical technologist or field service engineer (biomedical engineer) servicing diagnostic instruments is necessary.

• A valid driver's license, capability to drive independently both day and night, and a clean driving record are mandatory.

• Ability to lift 50 lbs (from floor to above waist/head), walk, climb ladders/step stools, bend, twist, sit, squat, stand, reach high, perform fine grasping manipulation, maintain good vision, and work independently.
