Field Service Technician

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Minnesota.

📋 Description

• Cover an assigned geographical area of service using a company vehicle.

• Engage with customers to identify and diagnose issues.

• Perform necessary repairs and modifications on truck-mounted equipment.

• Provide accurate estimates for time and materials needed for repairs.

• Demonstrate problem-solving abilities with minimal supervision.

• Communicate suggestions and identify errors for the ongoing improvement of trucks.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 3 years of hands-on mechanical experience is required.

• Must operate within a 100-air mile radius.

• Possess automotive troubleshooting expertise.

• Preferred knowledge in hydraulics, electrical systems, and/or pneumatics.

• A positive attitude and a strong work ethic are essential.

• Ability to read and utilize service manuals for equipment is necessary.

• Experience with welding and cutting torches is preferred.

• A valid driver's license and a clean driving record are required.

• Must be able to successfully pass a background check, drug test, and DOT physical.
