This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Minnesota.
• Oversee all elements of customer service and support for our clients.
• Diagnose and repair a range of high-speed cash-handling equipment independently.
• Manage and keep track of parts and tools.
• Remain informed about updates in the technical and functional aspects of GLORY equipment.
• Currently pursuing or have completed professional studies in electro-mechanics, electrical engineering, or possess equivalent work experience.
• Preferred certifications in related fields, such as mechanics, electronics, automation, or data processing.
• Strong customer service and communication abilities.
• Proficient in personal computer usage, particularly with Microsoft Office, navigating network sites, and email communication.
• Strong logical troubleshooting capabilities, with the ability to identify issues at the PCB or component level.
• Proficient in interpreting electrical schematics, logic diagrams, and mechanical drawings.
• Knowledge of AC/DC power distribution and digital/analog circuitry.
• Experience in repairing high-speed paper handling machines like check sorters, mail sorters, currency sorters; with experience in ATMs or copiers being a plus.
• Preferred 3-5 years of experience in technical field service repair, such as aviation, medical equipment, vending machine repair, or military repair experience.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license.
• Although some computer knowledge is required, the primary focus of this position is on electro-mechanical repair.
• A company van will be provided for daily travel from your home to customer sites, so residing within a reasonable commuting distance from the assigned territory is essential.
• Should be able to lift up to 50 pounds without assistance.
• Ability to sit and/or stand for extended periods and frequently kneel, bend, squat, sit, and twist.
• Must be willing to work at various customer sites as needed, including financial institutions, casinos (gaming licensing may be necessary post-hire), truck stops, recreational parks, and retail stores.
• Availability to work weekends and/or holidays on a rotational basis to meet business requirements.
• Must be prepared for an on-call rotation, typically once every 3 to 5 weeks, including evenings and weekends, with 24/7 availability required on rare occasions.
• Must be able to drive to customer locations during working hours.
• Occasional travel outside your assigned territory, including air and overnight travel, may be necessary.
• Ability to work in locations with limited accessibility.
• Capability to work independently with minimal supervision.
