Field Service Engineer – 2nd Shift

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio.

📋 Description

• Accountable for the installation, support, troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance of all products.

• Ensure compliance with all service agreements and warranty commitments.

• Offer technical assistance to end-users.

• Facilitate training sessions.

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair all products and their associated equipment.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of an Associate’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent training/experience is preferred.

• Proven ability to collaborate effectively as a team member.

• Proven capability to identify, analyze, and resolve technical issues in an efficient manner.

• Excellent time management abilities.

• Willingness to travel up to 75% of the time.

• Flexibility to work a flexible shift, second shift, or any other type of shift as needed.
