This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.
• Install, qualify (IQ/OQ/PQ), maintain, and repair TFF/TFDF Systems, Chromatography, PATsmart™ Analytical products, XCell™ ATF, and related systems.
• Work alongside internal teams to carry out Site Acceptance Tests (SAT) and provide support for Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT) as required.
• Conduct customer training sessions on system operations, software, and accessories.
• Offer both remote and on-site technical assistance to customers and internal teams.
• Keep precise documentation of all service activities and escalate issues whenever necessary.
• Collaborate with global Field Service Engineer teams and the Field Service Manager to share knowledge and coordinate service initiatives.
• Follow up with customers and/or colleagues regarding all service deliverables, both before and after service events.
• Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Mechanics, Engineering, Laboratory Science, or equivalent work experience/training.
• 3 – 5 years of experience in field service for scientific instruments or bioprocess equipment.
• Strong planning capabilities to prepare all necessary tools, equipment, and travel arrangements for customer visits.
• Recognizes opportunities and shows initiative for ongoing professional development and driving process improvements.
• Experience in Cleanroom environments is preferred.
• Strong analytical, mechanical, and electronic skills.
• Familiarity with GMP or GLP is preferred.
• Capable of executing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and technical documentation.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
