Field Service Technician

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alaska.

⛳️ Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent, with at least 3-5 years of experience in troubleshooting and repair.

• Excellent time management skills, capable of completing assigned small field projects.

• Technically proficient; innovative, and quick to learn and adapt to new technologies.

• Professional attitude with a focus on customer service.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills to produce detailed reports and effectively communicate with both internal and external customers.

• Flexible and adaptable to a dynamic schedule and work environment.

• Must successfully complete a criminal background check, drug screening, pre-employment physical, and credit check.

• Ability to safely and effectively perform the essential physical functions of the job (refer to application screening questions for further details).

• Capability to meet essential qualitative and/or quantitative productivity job standards.

• Required to obtain and retain an Airport ID Badge in accordance with the Airport Security Plan and TSA regulations, as well as the necessary public trust security clearance (eApp) and be authorized to access and manage Sensitive Security Information (SSI).

• Must possess a valid driver's license and reliable transportation, with the capacity to travel up to 10% of the time by plane, both domestically and internationally, and hold the required Real ID and Passport (for international travel).
