This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Michigan.
• Provide service for MR imaging equipment in the Detroit, MI region.
• Install, service, maintain, and modify Siemens imaging equipment at client locations.
• Ensure timely and effective repairs are delivered.
• Train operators to achieve optimal system performance and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Oversee territory financial performance, including revenue generation, expense management, and inventory oversight.
• Manage company assets such as a vehicle, mobile phone, computer, tools, and inventory parts.
• Build and sustain professional relationships with customers and colleagues.
• Accurately perform necessary administrative tasks.
• Engage in an on-call rotation following training and certification.
• Travel to provide service across the designated geography.
• At least a high school diploma, technical degree, or equivalent experience is required.
• A minimum of 3–5+ years of field service experience is preferred.
• Knowledge and experience in servicing, conducting preventative maintenance, and modifying medical imaging equipment at customer sites with minimal oversight.
• Experience in testing, repairing, and maintaining capital medical equipment.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Proficient in using tools and service testing equipment.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
• Willingness to travel and provide service in the assigned territory.
• Readiness to participate in an on-call rotation after completing training and certification.
• A valid driver's license in the state of residence is mandatory.
• Capacity to drive independently during both day and night.
• A clean driving record is essential.
• No previous DUI/DWI convictions or pending DUI/DWI charges, or other serious moving violations, unless restricted by law.
• Capability to lift 50 lbs and perform tasks that involve walking, climbing ladders/step stools, bending, twisting, sitting, squatting, standing, reaching high, and fine-grasping.
• Good vision and the ability to work autonomously.
• Must meet applicable vendor credentialing requirements, which may include identification verification, criminal background checks, drug screenings, immunizations, annual TB testing, and healthcare training.
