Medical Expert Consultant, Clinical Data Labeling

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Analyze de-identified patient records, clinical notes, and model responses.

• Assign labels to clinical cases following established guidelines.

• Develop and enhance grading rubrics and reference answers for clinical reasoning tasks.

• Evaluate AI model outputs for precision, safety, and clinical relevance.

• Clarify instances where models have made errors and provide insights on the reasons behind them.

• Identify and report ambiguous cases.

• Collaborate with the GenMD team to refine labeling guidelines.

⛳️ Requirements

• MD, DO, NP, PA, PharmD, RN, or an equivalent clinical qualification.

• Experience in direct patient care.

• Specialty experience is encouraged, particularly in internal medicine, emergency medicine, radiology, oncology, or primary care.

• A meticulous and consistent approach to work.

• Ability to articulate clear explanations in writing.

• Consistent availability for a few hours each week.
