This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Design and execute a thorough medical education strategy centered on lymphedema, lipedema, chronic venous insufficiency, wound management, and compression therapy.
• Recognize clinical knowledge deficiencies and emerging educational requirements among healthcare practitioners.
• Facilitate product lifecycle management and the introduction of new products through educational planning and implementation.
• Develop and uphold scientifically precise educational materials, presentations, clinical guides, case studies, webinars, and digital learning resources.
• Convert clinical research and evidence into applicable educational tools.
• Direct workshops, clinical training sessions, symposiums, webinars, and educational activities at conferences.
• Aid in continuing education initiatives and partnerships with professional organizations.
• Build and sustain relationships with clinical experts and key opinion leaders.
• Cultivate faculty for speaker programs, educational gatherings, and advisory boards.
• Monitor and convey emerging clinical evidence, treatment protocols, and industry trends.
• Assist in publication planning, congress activities, and the dissemination of scientific data.
• Establish metrics, assess feedback, and evaluate the effectiveness of educational programs and learner outcomes.
• Maintain reporting and tracking of essential business metrics to drive continuous enhancement.
• Communicate developments, risks, and opportunities to leadership.
• Ensure adherence to SIGVARIS policies, FDA, ISO 13485 standards, and relevant laws and regulations.
• Bachelor’s degree required in a relevant clinical field.
• At least five (5) years of experience in medical education, clinical education, medical affairs, rehabilitation, vascular care, wound care, or compression therapy.
• Experience collaborating directly with healthcare professionals in lymphedema, edema management, wound care, oncology rehabilitation, or vascular specialties.
• Proven experience in developing and delivering clinical education programs.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, AI tools, and Virtual Learning platforms.
• In-depth understanding of lymphedema pathophysiology and treatment methodologies.
• Familiarity with Complete Decongestive Therapy (CDT).
• Knowledge of compression garment therapy.
• Understanding of venous and lymphatic disorders.
• Expertise in lipedema management.
• Knowledge of wound care and edema management practices.
• Ability to interpret and convey clinical evidence effectively.
• Strong skills in scientific presentation and communication.
• Exceptional project management and organizational abilities.
• Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with adult learning principles and the design of educational programs.
• Awareness of healthcare compliance and regulatory standards.
• Willingness to travel within the region 40–60% of the time.
• Must live near a major airport.
• Capability to meet specified physical requirements.
