Medical Doctor, Weight and Men's Health

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Australia.

📋 Description

• Perform telehealth consultations with patients, which includes assessing, screening, diagnosing, and prescribing medications when necessary.

• Follow our platform's guidelines and policies while completing all mandatory training.

• Deliver an outstanding clinical experience for patients through prompt and compassionate care on the platform.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be an Australian Citizen, Australian Permanent Resident, or Temporary Resident.

• PGY4 or higher.

• Experience in one or more of the following areas:

• General Practice Training.

• General Medical Terms/Rotations (including General Medicine, Endocrinology, Cardiology, Gastroenterology, Respiratory, Rheumatology, Immunology).

• Emergency Medicine.

• High Dependency Unit (HDU), Intensive Care Unit (ICU), or Critical Care.

• Surgical terms - Upper GI, Colorectal, General Surgery.

• Ability to obtain a provider number to facilitate pathology testing only (no utilization of MBS attendance item numbers - refer and request only).

• Current medical indemnity insurance.

• Proficient in using technology to provide care and communicate with patients.

• Capable of making timely and accurate referral decisions based on clinical expertise; remains composed in stressful situations.

• Naturally communicates effectively with patients, health professionals, and team members, delivering clear and concise messages.
