Medical Director – Podiatry

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Act as a clinical and product expert in Podiatry, acquiring in-depth knowledge of ModMed’s platform and Podiatry workflows.

• Collect user feedback and collaborate with Product teams to confirm workflows, concepts, and enhancements.

• Enhance customer retention through proactive outreach, Annual Business Reviews, Evening with EMAs, post-go-live check-ins, and engagement with at-risk and pooled Podiatry accounts.

• Attend and present as a speaker at the annual user group conference, Momentum, and Client Advisory Board meetings.

• Assist Sales by making introductions, leading demonstrations, and participating in tradeshows.

• Collaborate with Marketing on speaking engagements, webinars, educational content, and market expansion.

• Serve as a clinical escalation point for Customer Success, Support, Implementation, and other customer-facing teams.

• Aid in resolving escalated clinical, workflow, implementation, support, and product issues.

• Work alongside education and Customer Success teams on go-live and client onboarding inquiries.

• Produce doctor-to-doctor and training videos.

• Monitor customer communities and social media for product sentiment, emerging concerns, competitive insights, and retention risks.

• Report directly to the General Manager of Podiatry.

⛳️ Requirements

• Licensed Podiatrist with a minimum of 5+ years of clinical experience.

• Recent experience in a private practice environment.

• Willingness to travel to HQ, tradeshows, customer sites, and conferences.

• Exceptional communication, public speaking, and presentation abilities.

• Capability to develop a thorough understanding of the ModMed Podiatry product portfolio.

• Commitment to hard work and collaboration within a team setting.

• Open to utilizing all facets of the product for testing, including PM, Patient Engagement, RCM, AI, and Klara.

• Strong problem-solving capabilities.

• Adaptable, proactive, and eager to take ownership of tasks.

• Strong dedication to quality and documentation practices.
