This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +3 more states.
β’ Oversee medical aspects and act as the designated Medical Monitor for clinical research studies.
β’ Lead global and regional trials in the capacity of a Global Lead Medical Monitor.
β’ Evaluate and assist in the medical management of serious adverse events alongside Medical & Safety teams.
β’ Provide protocol-specific and therapeutic area training to project teams.
β’ Bring clinical and scientific insight into study protocols, clinical development initiatives, research publications, and medical outputs.
β’ Facilitate sponsor engagement and support business development efforts, including feasibility studies, proposal crafting, and client interactions.
β’ Assess and contribute to clinical study reports and essential study documentation.
β’ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely project delivery, regulatory adherence, and client satisfaction.
β’ Mentor and assist fellow medical professionals.
β’ Medical Degree from a recognized institution of medical education.
β’ Minimum of 2 years experience in medical monitoring within clinical research or a related field.
β’ In-depth understanding of GCP, clinical development processes, safety protocols, and relevant regulatory standards.
β’ Experience in evaluating safety data and aiding in the assessment and management of serious adverse events.
β’ Exceptional written and verbal communication, presentation, organizational, and time management abilities.
β’ Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Access.
β’ Proficiency in English.
β’ Valid passport and willingness to travel as needed.
