This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Spearhead enhancements of post-acute clinical programs by leading strategy, design, and execution.

• Deliver prompt expert medical evaluations for acute (ED) and post-acute care services (SNF, IRF, LTACH, HH).

• Record clinical review findings, actions, and outcomes in line with policy and regulatory and accreditation standards.

• Offer guidance on clinical operational matters related to the ED, as well as acute and post-acute care programs.

• Work collaboratively with acute ED providers to facilitate and/or support care transitions.

• Recognize and create opportunities for innovation to enhance effectiveness and quality, including educational development, training, and issue resolution.

• Engage in client Joint Oversight Committees (JOCs) or partner/stakeholder meetings as necessary.

• Undertake additional job responsibilities as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• Doctoral degree in a pertinent medical field.

• Minimum of 6-8 years of applicable work experience.

• Active, unrestricted medical license (MD or DO).

• Board certification in a relevant specialty.
