Medical Director – Co-founder

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Collaborate in developing the product concept and outline its clinical applications.

• Recognize and validate the genuine needs of patients and healthcare professionals.

• Convert clinical insights into product specifications and workflows.

• Assist in the design and assessment of pilot programs and clinical validations.

• Advocate for the medical viewpoint in discussions with partners, investors, and institutions.

• Influence the medical strategy and expert team of the company as it evolves.

• Share experiences, highlight significant healthcare challenges, and discuss preferred involvement.

• Potentially create a new solution addressing problems identified through clinical practice.

⛳️ Requirements

• Possession of a medical degree.

• Relevant practical experience in the healthcare sector.

• Deep understanding of challenges within the pertinent specialty or area of the healthcare system.

• Capability to assess solutions from the perspectives of clinicians, patients, and healthcare organizations.

• Willingness to embrace technology, innovation, and early-stage environments.

• Aspiration to shape product direction instead of merely serving as an external advisor.

• Proficiency in articulating complex medical concepts to non-medical teams clearly.

• Preparedness to take charge of the medical and clinical trajectory of the venture.

• Fluent Polish at C1 level is required in the application questions.
