This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado.
• Aim to surpass the monthly revenue targets.
• Recognize potential customers, generate leads, and convert them into sales; work alongside new and existing clients to understand their needs and provide solutions.
• Facilitate the sales process in conjunction with marketing and the Sales Engineer (for demonstrations).
• Negotiate contracts and pricing in collaboration with the RSD and/or CCO.
• Keep customer information updated in our CRM, HubSpot.
• Collaborate with Marketing and other departments to develop and enhance sales and marketing strategies.
• Attend trade shows to represent EnsoData and, when necessary, travel for on-site demonstrations.
• Prior experience in sleep medicine, particularly in home sleep testing sales (PPG preferred).
• Knowledge of Healthcare Software as a Medical Device, SaaS, or healthcare software sales is preferred.
• Strong clinical aptitude, business insight, and a dedicated work ethic.
• A proactive "hunter" mindset with innovative thinking abilities.
• Ideally, 5+ years of experience as an account executive.
• Proven experience in closing business within a health system is required.
• Experience in enterprise health system sales is preferred.
• Familiarity with CRM systems is preferred but not mandatory.
• A bachelor's degree is preferred.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and a positive attitude, with the ability to collaborate effectively within a dynamic team.
• Experience working with remote and hybrid office/remote teams.
• Previous involvement in a startup, tech, software engineering, or related company is an advantage.
• A strong desire to contribute to the development of innovative technologies that enhance the efficiency, affordability, and effectiveness of healthcare.
• Personal qualities of integrity, determination, and a commitment to the mission are essential.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time - the role will focus more on remote selling rather than daily/weekly travel.
