This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Address medical information inquiries, product quality complaints, and general questions through various communication channels such as telephone, email, fax, and more.
• Document, report, and track adverse drug reactions within specified regulatory and internal WI/SOP deadlines.
• Implement drug safety data management procedures, including call intake, documentation of call dialogues, peer reviews, and follow-up on cases.
• Monitor information and metrics.
• Conduct ongoing quality control of established process steps.
• Assist in training and reconciling data from diverse sources.
• Take responsibility for the integrity of processed data.
• Carry out additional assigned responsibilities.
• Occasionally travel to site locations, both domestically and internationally.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Medical Science, or a related field, along with 1 to 2 years of safety-related experience.
• BS/BA degree plus 1 to 2 years of experience in safety.
• MA/MS/PharmD degree with 1 to 2 years of safety experience.
• Associate degree accompanied by 3-4 years of relevant experience or 2 years of safety experience.
• Non-degree holders with 4-5 years of relevant experience or 2 years of safety experience are also eligible.
• Relevant and equivalent experience may be accepted in lieu of formal educational qualifications.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Capacity to manage both inbound and outbound calls effectively.
• Proficiency in analyzing and synthesizing medical information.
• Familiarity with regulatory requirements, pharmacovigilance practices, and ICH GCP guidelines.
• Technical skills in Microsoft Office suite applications.
• Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
• Ability to work autonomously with moderate supervision while also being a proactive team player.
• Must have legal authorization to work in the US without the need for employer-sponsored work permits; this position is not eligible for sponsorship.
• Availability during the hours of 8 a.m. to 8 p.m.
• Consistent and regular attendance is required.
• Capability to utilize various computer software and meet the outlined physical requirements.
• Preferred educational backgrounds include Biological Sciences, Pharmacy, Nursing, Life Sciences, and Chemistry.
• Experience in call center processes is preferred.
