This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Assist veterinary practitioners in selecting diagnostic tests, interpreting laboratory results, and managing cases, including exploring treatment options.

• Offer telephone consultations to veterinary surgeons during standard working hours.

• Engage in discussions regarding IDEXX diagnostic products, availability of tests, specimen requirements, clinical applications, and result interpretation.

• Enhance and expand medical knowledge through self-directed studies, participation in scientific meetings, ongoing internal education, and reviewing current literature.

• Create newsletter articles, updates on laboratory diagnostics or services, and marketing, sales, or promotional content as needed.

• Attend IDEXX educational and organizational meetings as required.

• Work collaboratively with Customer Support, commercial, and laboratory teams to provide accurate, practical, and clinically relevant diagnostic solutions.

⛳️ Requirements

• A veterinary degree with the authority to practice.

• Significant hands-on experience in Small Animal Internal Medicine, preferably backed by additional qualifications or equivalent experience, or Board Certification by ECVIM or ACVIM.

• Proficiency in both German and English.

• Knowledge of French or Dutch is a plus.

• A collaborative, service-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently.

• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and clinical reasoning abilities.

• Practical thinking skills and a strong degree of resilience.

• Basic computer skills.

• A dependable, high-speed internet connection with a minimum of 100 Mb/s download and 30 Mb/s upload speeds.

• Capacity to work at a computer for prolonged durations.

• Ability to work from a home office and occasional travel as necessary.
