This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado.

📋 Description

• Engage with patients through phone, email, and secure digital channels.

• Accurately manage electronic medical records while ensuring compliance with privacy regulations.

• Assist in administrative processes, documentation, and follow-up tasks as instructed by the Practice Manager.

• Organize patient appointments and collaborate with healthcare providers.

• Contribute to the smooth operation of the practice through various administrative duties.

• Execute other related responsibilities as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• Previous experience in a medical assisting or healthcare administrative role is preferred.

• At least 2 years of experience with relevant patient care and administrative responsibilities is preferred.

• Required skills include demonstrated problem-solving abilities and effective workflow management.

• Maintain a professional demeanor towards patients and foster excellent collaborative relationships with Steadman Clinic and hospital staff involved in patient care.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.

• Proficient in electronic medical records (EMRs) and scheduling software.

• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail are necessary.

• Ability to work independently while managing multiple tasks efficiently.

• Proficiency in computer systems and EHR software.
