This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Collaborate with Sales Directors to perform thorough customer discovery, identifying business challenges and determining optimal AI-driven solutions.
• Serve as a strategic intermediary between medical affairs teams and our AI solutions, converting intricate medical requirements into implementable technological actions.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive best practice guides and playbooks to enhance process readiness for AI solution integration.
• Assist in the formulation of AI roadmaps for pharmaceutical clients by comprehending their strategic vision.
• Evaluate and provide insights on internal capabilities related to medical affairs.
• Ensure alignment of future objectives with the potential of AI technologies.
• Collaborate closely with Customer Success project leads during contracted project implementation to ensure:
• Accurate compliance with customer specifications.
• Consistent delivery in accordance with the agreed project scope.
• Enhance customer understanding of Responsible AI tool applications.
• Co-facilitate training and change management initiatives alongside the client.
• Work in close partnership with technology and product teams to:
• Align product features with critical customer needs.
• Act as the primary medical affairs subject matter expert, advocating for client interests.
• Assist clients in defining and crafting solutions.
• Provide expert counsel in medical affairs domains such as:
• Field excellence.
• Insights management.
• Key Opinion Leader (KOL) engagement strategies.
• Publication planning and execution.
• Congress management.
• Demonstrating impact.
• Facilitate the platform's utilization by various medical personas, proactively identifying barriers to adoption and strategies for resolution.
• Maintain best practice guides and playbooks to optimize process readiness for AI solution implementation.
• Contribute to AI roadmap development for pharmaceutical clients by grounding technological direction in real-world Medical Affairs requirements.
• Relevant experience in the Pharmaceutical or biotech sectors, with specialized expertise in one or more of the following areas:
• Medical Affairs (either field or office-based).
• Medical Operations.
• Medical Analytics or Tech Operations.
• Proven experience collaborating with field teams.
• In-depth knowledge of medical insights processes, requirements, and best practices.
• Advanced degree in life sciences, pharmacy, medicine, or a related discipline.
• At least 8 years of experience in Pharma or Biotech, including approximately 5 years of progressive experience in medical affairs.
• Strong grasp of challenges within the pharmaceutical industry and the opportunities presented by AI technologies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Documented success in cross-functional collaboration.
• Strategic thinking and adept problem-solving skills.
• Experience in project leadership coupled with strong organizational abilities.
