Medical Account Specialist II – Hematology

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.

📋 Description

• Engage with Hematologists and other pivotal Oncology stakeholders to deliver clinically focused sales messages that promote our Multiple Myeloma bispecific antibody, aiming to enhance brand market share and revenue while achieving product objectives.

• Foster collaboration with various partners, including the Regional Director, Nurse Educator, Key Account Manager, Territory-based Oncology Account Specialists, and Reimbursement Specialists to proactively address customer requirements.

• Cultivate robust working relationships with designated accounts and specialists.

• Implement market profiling initiatives to gain comprehensive insights into regional and local healthcare delivery, key influencers, and payer systems.

• Proactively pinpoint business opportunities within assigned accounts and coordinate efforts with the Regeneron Oncology account team effectively.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree; a Master's degree or further advanced education/certifications are advantageous.

• At least 5 years of successful experience in Oncology sales, with a preference for Hematology Oncology.

• Required experience in buy and bill processes related to biologics.

• A minimum of 3 years of experience engaging with key thought leaders or influential customers in group practices, academic hospitals, and major institutions.

• Current experience in account management, specifically targeting large Oncology group practices and/or integrated delivery networks.

• A strong grasp of the Hematology Oncology therapeutic landscape and the present Oncology market.

• Capability to collaborate and coordinate activities among individuals across different reporting structures within the organization.
