This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Facilitate comprehensive financial processes, including media billing, invoicing, vendor payment reconciliations, and client funding cash applications for global brands.
• Function as the platform specialist for Mediaocean software (Prisma, Spectra), adjusting system settings, workflows, and templates to align with global standards and enhance processing efficiency.
• Oversee and sustain uninterrupted data flows between Mediaocean and Deltek Maconomy ERP, ensuring master data consistency (clients, vendors, campaigns) and addressing integration challenges.
• Act as the primary operational contact between agency finance teams, central Shared Services (AP/AR), and IT, delivering system training and assisting in the onboarding of new agencies into standardized workflows.
• Generate and evaluate media financial reports that track spending trends, revenue status, and variances while supporting month-end closing procedures.
• Maintain rigorous compliance with internal financial controls, SOX requirements, and audit standards, ensuring accurate SOPs and desktop procedures.
• Collaborate with transformation teams to deploy workflow automations, exception-based processing models, and AI-driven anomaly detection for billing validation.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a closely related discipline.
• 2–5+ years of specialized experience in agency media finance operations, financial systems support, or within a centralized corporate Shared Services (SSC/BPO) environment.
• Direct, hands-on administrative or advanced operational experience with Mediaocean platforms (Prisma or Spectra).
• Comprehensive understanding of fundamental accounting frameworks, including multi-currency billing, high-volume reconciliations, and AP/AR workflows.
• Advanced MS Excel proficiency with a demonstrated ability to reconcile, manipulate, and analyze large data sets from disparate systems.
• Exceptional English communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across various international regions and time zones.
• ERP Knowledge: Previous experience with or support of Deltek Maconomy ERP systems is a plus.
• Familiarity with data workflows, system integrations, or API mapping is advantageous.
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau is a plus.
• Involvement in or support for financial automation, RPA, or digital transformation projects is a plus.
